The first floor features a large inviting living room with a wine rack, television, and fireplace, surrounded by plush sofas, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a full bathroom with shower. To the one side a tranquil bedroom, exhibits timeless beauty with its stoned walls, comfy twin beds, that look on to oversized French doors which open onto a covered patio with table and seating for meals or just quiet time to enjoy the view of the lovely landscaping.
Venturing upstairs to one side is a side balcony with chaise lounges to sunbathe in privacy, opposite a laundry area with full size washer and a full bathroom with a bathtub. While nearby, the master bedroom, ensures a relaxing environment with many conveniences, including a furnished front balcony, to greet the day with breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets while taking in the views of the majestic Cretan mountains and off to one side in the distance, is a corner view of Souda Bay. On the opposite side of the house, a spiral wooden staircase leads to a private nature loft with a single bed that allows for a peaceful place for rest and solitude. At the foot of these steps is a private cozy sitting area, framed with a beautiful stone archway perfect for reading, and relaxation.
